Brokerage Equivalent to one Month Rent and 1% of the Security Deposit Value
For Lessees / Landlords- Rental :
Brokerage Equivalent to One-Month Rent and 1% of the Security Deposit Value.
Rent Transactions (24/36 Months) :
Brokerage Equivalent to Two Months Rent.
Rent Transactions (12 Months) :
Brokerage Equivalent to One Month Rent.
Brokerage on renewal :
For licensee / tenants brokerage ( Beyond 36 months ) Equivalent to One Month Rent. For licensor / landlord brokerage (Beyond 36 months) Equivalent to Half Month Rent.
A 12.36 % Government service tax is applicable on all the above brokerages, w.e.f. 1st April 2007 .
